Cowboys Gold Remedy
Mission Valley Quarter Horses
Many breeders work all their lives to raise a prospect that they feel truly represents their program and vision of what they see to be a great horse. Many breeders are unable to accomplish that TRUE vision for a number of reasons; financial, demographic, uncontrollable circumstances, or simply life happens. BUT… when they do, boy it’s an amazing and truly rewarding sensation.
We see that in Ace” Cowboys Gold Remedy”
We saw very early that he was a special colt and that if we didn’t see him grow and mature it would be another lifetime before we were blessed like this again. We have watched him develop, move, and have many new experiences all over our ranch and as he showed us that he accepted it all with a willing and pleasing attitude! We knew that that was very special combined with an ideal conformation to be competitive at the performance level and a solid stellar and versatile pedigree to back the heart he will soon discover within himself.
Although still young, Ace comes from a great broodmare, who as of this posting (2018) is 25, sound, sane, and still competitive at the open level in gaming events and breeding. It’s our belief that in a program without the backing of a great mare who nurtures and raises a great foal, the sire can only do so much.
